Are drawings or paintings framed when delivered?
Answer: Drawings or paintings are not framed when delivered.
Can works be shipped?
Answer: All works can be shipped. If ordering from other countries then Finland shipping costs may be added.
Can I cancel my order after the making of my work has begun?
Answer: When the request is made, it is a both-sided contract. The making of your work will start soon after it is ordered, therefore orders can not be cancelled after they are made. You can always ask us for a free price check and change ideas before ordering tho, before deciding if you want to order.
Can I pick up my order personally?
Answer: If you live close to Jyväskylä in Finland finished works can be picked up from my studio on agreed time.
